Today Samsung introduced the compact OfficeServ™ 7030 and economically-expandable OfficeServ™ 7200-S as the two newest additions to its popular OfficeServTM 7000 series of converged telephony solutions for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). Ideal for cost-conscious start-ups, entrepreneurs and other businesses looking to upgrade their communications capabilities and optimize operational efficiencies, these new platforms allow these businesses to cost-effectively leverage advanced functions such as VoIP, SIP trunking, and WiFi with “right-sized” capacities tailored to meet their needs.

According to the most recent figures available from the U.S. Small Business Administration Office of Advocacy and the U.S. Census Bureau there are nearly 6.5 million businesses with fewer than 20 employees and another 850,000 businesses with between 20 and 99 employees. Yet, until now, upgrading communications capabilities for these businesses meant facing a trade-off between smaller, preconfigured systems with limited capacity and purchasing more expensive, feature-rich systems with excess capacity beyond foreseeable need.

We have dealt with Samsung Phone system for years and I completely agree with Doug Wonson's view on small businesses and how they should have the same advantages as larger organisations. Over the years we have dealt with small to large businesses in the Country and being a business telecom provider in a County such as Cumbria we have to serve to a huge number of Small businesses who like the idea of using the same standard of technology as big companies because it gives them an opportunity to work in a similar fashion and it generates revenue as well as increasing productivity.

We have recently upgraded to the officeserve 7030 and it is superb in terms of the features it has to offer without having to change your style you can easily adapt to it even with extra features it is just as simple to operate as the officeserve 7200. It amusing how Samsung keep coming up with new technology and more features yet they maintain to be user friendly.
