This acquisition combines two firms of a similar culture, with complementary strengths and sector expertise. Clients will continue to get quality, personal service for what they need, and for some it will give them the benefit of being able to pull in the products and skills of a larger business.
We hope that by offering an increasing range of products and technical expertise, we will ensure that we continue to provide local businesses with tailored, proactive support and advice essential for business profit and growth.”
This is the second acquisition in a short period of time for Online Systems after they previously completed on Whitethorn Communications Ltd, a telecommunications business based in Skipton, it sees the business continue to grow as a leading provider of business communications, with its aim to become the ‘go to’ business for IT and telecommunications in the North of England and South West Scotland.
