Out of hours contact information

Ever increasingly the working day doesn’t end when the clock hits 17:00! Many of our clients work into the evening and at weekends, whether this be in the office or by working remotely. We recognise that it is frustrating and can be costly to the business if you hit a technical problem and need support after most offices have closed.

With that in mind, Online Systems offer a Support Desk access that is not only 8:00 – 17:30. You can contact one of our friendly team using our main number 01228 599898 at additional times as follows:

 Out-of-hours operations

Monday – Friday between 17:30 and 21:00 I Weekends and Bank Holidays between 9:00 and 17:00

Outside of these hours you can still log a fault using our automated support service, which will raise a ticket that will be subsequently dealt with by a technical expert from 8:00 Monday to Friday and 9:00 on a Saturday or Sunday.

Our proactive monitoring software is effective 24/7, therefore should an issue be identified outside of our core hours then an alert is automatically generated and emailed to our team who will act upon this the following morning from 8:00 (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

Great service is what we are all about and you can trust us to deliver. In the event of a network/line fault we are here to help, providing you with the following service:

  • You can report network/line faults up to 21.00 Monday to Friday and during 9:00 to 17:00 on weekends and bank holidays.
  • Wherever possible we will diagnose and rectify telephone system faults promptly. Where we are unable to resolve the issue immediately, we will schedule an engineer to investigate and restore service the next working morning (Monday to Friday).
  • You will always be speaking with a member of our specialist team.
  • We will implement call diverts where these are required to keep your business operational.

We know how important communications are to your business and we’re here to provide you with the most reliable and responsive service, at all times. Our out of hours service is available at the nominal fee of £5.00 per month, per site. This is added automatically to your account and can be opted out at any time. If you require additional cover including 24/7 on site attendance by engineers, please contact our team for a bespoke quotation.
